Order Processing 

Order Processing times vary depending on peak seasons, which for me are September - December. During non peak season days, orders are processed in 1-3 days, if not sooner. During peak season (September - December) processing times can run 4-7 days specifically on handmade items. I am a small business and do my very best to get things out as fast as I can. Shipping Times

Most orders have a 2-5 Business Day transit window, however these can run longer during the Holiday season (September-December). This is not something within my control, if you need something sooner please reach out thepermanentgarden@gmail.com . All orders are processed and shipped from Illinois, United States 

Shipping is typically done through USPS and UPS. Express shipping is also an option at checkout but that does NOT change the order processing time. If you need something quicker please reach out and we can figure out the best shipping method. thepermanentgarden@gmail.com

Shipping Cost 

Orders shipped to an address within the United States receive Free Shipping on orders totaled over $50.00, before taxes.

All other shipping fees are automatically calculated at checkout.
